Acceptance

Placing an order means you accept the terms set out on this page. If any part doesn't sit right with you, please don't order.

The Prints

Everything sold here is a limited-edition illustration print, produced in a small run and sometimes numbered. Colour and finish can shift slightly between a screen and the printed piece, which is part of how printing works rather than a defect. When an edition is gone, it's gone, and we're not obliged to run it again.

Shipping

Orders ship within the UK only. Expect roughly 7 working days to prepare your order and 7 working days for it to arrive, and we'll drop you an email the moment it's on its way.

Double-check your address before you pay. If a parcel goes astray because the address was entered wrong, that's on the buyer, and a second shipment may carry an extra postage charge.

Cancellations and Returns

UK customers can change their mind. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel, no reason needed. Just email support@wuzhere.studio, then send the print back within 14 days. You cover return postage; we refund what you paid plus the original delivery cost within 14 days of the print reaching us.

Commissioned or personalised work is the exception and can't be returned this way.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If a print turns up damaged, faulty, or not what was described, email support@wuzhere.studiowithin 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll sort a replacement or a full refund, postage included, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. None of this affects your statutory rights.

Copyright

The artwork stays ours. A print is yours to keep and display at home, but the images can't be copied, resold, or used commercially without written permission from us.
